No HVAC

• Units only have small electric space heaters, no HVAC system
• So there is no air movement or filtration in the units
• Rain splashes and accumulates if windows or doors are left open so I close them when raining
• Had to buy several box fans to move air around the apartment
• In the Summer it is often over 80 degrees inside even after 11pm with the windows open
